Meet the Investors

  • Ryann Hartley

    INVESTOR

    Ryann Hartley, originally from Carthage, Missouri, graduated from the Sam M. Walton College of Business in 2013. While working at Sherwin-Williams during college, she was introduced to the commercial construction industry. In 2019, Ryann founded Hartley Commercial, a flooring and painting contracting company. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Associated Builders and Contractors of Arkansas and is the co-founder of EQUIPPED, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing sports equipment to student-athletes in need. In addition, she is a partner in the Arka Motel, a boutique motel overlooking Beaver Lake in Northwest Arkansas.

  • Mark Gier

    INVESTOR

    Mark is a retired financial executive with over 40 years of diversified investment and management experience including, Real Estate & Industrial Development, TPL, Mining & Manufacturing, Mergers & Acquisitions, Wealth Management, Private Equity and Public Accounting.

  • Danny Lambeth

    INVESTOR

    Graduated from University of Arkansas 1984 with BSBA. Executive with HE Williams, Carthage, MO. for many years, retiring in 2015 holding the title of Executive Vice President. 

  • Tim Oelke

    INVESTOR

    Tim worked summers and weekends in the 80’s for Crossland Construction. He studied construction management at NEO A&M College in Miami, and Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, KS. Tim moved to Topeka in 1994 where he managed several projects with Crossland. In 1999, Chris Crossland met with WM Real Estate and opened a Rogers, AR division. Tim moved to NWA and spent 24 years with Crossland Construction, until he decided to start his own business, Oelke Construction. For 15 years Oelke has successfully completed projects from large construction management to general contracting. Oelke has been developing projects with all types of delivery methods n NWA since the early 2000's. Tim is an ABC member, a NWA council member, and is involved in several groups and great organizations that help NWA and its communities.

  • Terry Brown

    INVESTOR

    Terry earned a Master’s in Professional Accounting (MPA) from the University of Texas Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant. From 2001-2014, he served as CEO and President of Diversified Port Holdings, an asset-based logistics company. Since 2018, Terry has been a Managing Member of SAC Financial Holdings, LLC, a family investment holding company investing primarily in real estate, technology, private equity funds and operating companies.

  • Kelly Gier

    INVESTOR

    Kelly is a life-long resident of Carthage, MO. She is a graduate of Pittsburg State University with a BS in Communication, (which she loves to do)! She was co-owner of Ruby's Convenience Store in Seligman, MO from 2002-2009 where she was introduced to Northwest Arkansas. Her experience is primarily in procurement and business development. She has worked in a variety of industries including tourism, manufacturing, food processing, healthcare, and architecture.
